The design is uncompromisingly modern - mono pitch zinc roof and oak vertical cladding and oak windows and doors. It is designed as a simple sculptural form. The design is influenced by traditional building forms. The essence of the design is simplicity - using a small number of quality natural materials. The oak and zinc will weather to a silver grey colour and harmonise with the natural surroundings. The garden design will complement the house design and will feature a WA WA water feature.
